Roughly another 40 minutes before I end work and go fetch my love!

& you must be wondering why am I posting an entry when I should be hard at work?
Well, my boss is not in for the whole of today!
So the temptation to use the internet is irresistable!
And besides, I wouldn't want any of you to be abandoning my journal. Gee.

Most probably will be having a late night karaoke session with the Swensen's gang tonight.
Not sure if baby wanna go though. If he doesn't, I will be a goody good girl and listen to him.
After all, I promised him that today is his day! So he gets to decide everything. :)

Still, I'm confident that I'm gonna have a jolly good evening later on!
Baby and I are going to treat ourselves to a sumptous dinner cause we both got moolahs now that pay is in.
Then, tomorrow evening we will be playing with our sparkles and lanterns!
I can't wait, seriously! Gonna camwhore like crazy!

Last but not least, baby and I are definitely going to catch the movie, "Meatballs", this weekend!
Now, who dare says weekends aren't relaxing?

Job fair was at Paya Lebar's Singpost today.
I was shivering throughout the whole interview with the candidates.
The air con was freezing cold! Forgotten my blazer again, damn.
Oh, and there's this Waffle Factory there! My colleague treated me to it.
They sell delicious waffles, ice-cream & pasta!
Reasonable price as well. Hoping to bring dear there to try one day.
But Paya Lebar is so far!

I'm waiting for time to pass by now before I go for my driving practical.
Contact lens feel so dry in my eyes now. Hurts a little.

Not sure if anyone of you read this piece of news yet.
In the state of Victoria I think, a father raped his daughter for 30 years!
He even fathered 4 children with her, 1 died eventually.
Goodness, this is unacceptable! Incest!
The girl was just 11 years old at that point of time and she had to go through this torment.
Horrible, terrible and unforgiveable.

I can't wait for tomorrow's evening.
But I'm dreading tomorrow's morning.
However, if morning doesn't come, how will evening arrive?
Ironic and contradicting.

The keys are a little squeezed though, but overall it's good.

Work ended slightly half an hour later today.
Gonna go down to Paya Lebar for job fair tomorrow afternoon.
Hopefully it ends early then I can quickly leave.
Having driving practical at 8:05PM tomorrow.
Yes, sleep is what I'm lacking right now.

Bedtime had been early for me the past few days.
This explains the reason why I have not been updating faithfully.

Oh, and I wanna say Tracy (dear's younger sister) is really smart!
Not only does she has a good command of English, she's also a quick learner!
Dear's dad was saying how she should start learning blading over Saturday's dinner,
so I gave her my old skates which I had outgrown it to her on Sunday.

Headed down to the void deck with her and dear.
Amazingly, she learnt it so fast without even falling once at all!
& Dear's intending to get himself a pair of skates this coming Friday so that he can join in the fun!

By the way, I bought shoes for Minnie to wear!
She looks so adorable wearing them!
Taken photos of her but I'm lazy to upload.
Shall do so when I feel like it yeah, gee.

Anyway, work is getting busy day by day.
So much things to be completed by the end of the day.
It's good in a way though, cause time will pass faster this way.

Life is all about work and home currently.
Can't wait for internship to end, but the bad part is, school will reopen straight away.
Meaning there's no holidays for me till maybe December?

Oh well..
Traffic Police Test in about 4 weeks time.

It's my brother's birthday today!
Just came back from a mini birthday celebration at Hanabi Restaurant.
Didn't bring my camera along so I will have to wait till Hui Min send me the pictures from her camera.

Haven't been getting enough sleep since Sunday.
Celebrated brother's birthday in advance at dad's place on Sunday.
Stayed at his place till around 11PM before heading home.
Then, had driving practical from 8:05PM-9:45PM last night.

So yeah, I had been yawning away in work these 2 days.
In need of coffee desperately to keep me awake during office hours.

Thinking of booking driving practical tomorrow night, but I'm not sure whether I will have the energy to focus on the road.
Shall see how then. Mentally and physically drained out currently.

I'm going off to dreamland soon.

It's Thursday!
I can't wait for work to end tomorrow cause I'll get to see my dearest boy.
I wanna watch G-Force with him! Probably asking his family along?

Today's work was really busy.
Had my lunch break only at 1PM.

Driving practical at 8:05PM later.
Booked 2 lessons again, so will end at 11:05PM.
Exhausting me out.
But I have to "chiong" my driving practicals now cause Traffic Police Test is on the 10th October.
Have to pass all my stages by 5th October.

Moreover, I have to work from Monday to Friday now.
And work only ends at 5PM, thus I can only go for my driving lessons at night.
I try not to book my lessons on weekends in order to spend more time with dear.

Alright, food's waiting for me!
Fat brother is reading my post out aloud now.
Irritating fatty ass and he's pinching my food!

Just ended work and now I'm at my mum's office.
Going for driving at Bukit Batok Driving Centre later at 8:55PM all the way till 11:05PM.
Booked 2 lessons. One driving simulator and one auto car lesson.

Minnie's over at my mum's office as well!
There's no one at home so mum brought it down, otherwise Minnie's gonna be so lonely at home.

Celebrated a colleague's birthday today.
We bought for her a tiramisu cake. Delicious!

I'm feeling really really tired now.
I want to sleep badly.

Anyway, time flies.
Today is Ricky's 1st year death anniversary.
Can't believe it's been a year since Ricky's gone.
Stared at it's tomb before I left my house for work this morning.
I can still remember everything that had happened exactly a year ago.

I will always keep Ricky in my heart.
Never to be forgotten.
Now & always.

Minnie, you're the best gift that Ricky had left behind for me.
I will treasure you like how I had treasured Ricky before.

We're told not to reveal anything relating to our internship.
All I can say is that my workplace is nice and the colleagues are all very friendly.

So, for the next two months my life's gonna be kind of mundane.
My working hours is now 9AM to 5PM, no longer 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
I really can't wait for the weekends to arrive.

I love office wear cause it makes me feel smart.
Moreover, the requirements for office wear is quite standard.
Thus, I don't have to rack my brains over what to wear every single day.
Wearing heels is a little torturous but it's worth the pain cause I love heels.
Though sneakers would probably be much preferred.

Just 2 days of work and I'm already feeling so worn out.
I slept like a total dead log yesterday when I reached home.
Didn't even answered dear's call when he called me at around 10PM; the usual timing.
I was so deep in sleep that I couldn't hear my phone ringing.

I guess my bed time will have to be at 10PM from now onwards.
Otherwise I will be yawning away in the office.

I had been smelling freedom ever since examinations ended on Friday morning!
It's like having a huge load being lifted off my chest. I can finally breathe with ease now.

Headed to Raffles Medical Hospital at Bugis after my paper on Friday for my medical checkup.
I got to go back for urine test prolly around next week cause I'm currently having my menses.
The nurse said that it will affect the results of the urine test.

Took around 3-4 hours to complete the medical checkup.
Headed down to Outram after that to trim my fringe. It's so long that it irritated my eyes.
Next, went down to Home Team Academy to fetch my dearest boy.
Had dinner with his family before going back home. Dear went back with me.
It's like a standard operation procedure for him to stayover at my house every Friday and Saturday.

Shopping yesterday with the loves.
That included dear, Vwenise, Joyce and GX. Valerie couldn't make it.
I miss that pretty girl so so so much.

We're supposed to meet 12PM at Far East, but as usual, Joyce was late.
GX and her came together. I wouldn't say GX was late cause it must be Joyce who influenced her.
Therefore, I'm not going to blame GX for being late. (I bet Joyce will be cursing when she reads this post!)

Only managed to get a pair of heels at Far East.
Shopping expenses for the day was fully sponsored by dear!
But, I definitely didn't take advantage of him by making him pay for every single item that I bought.

Left Far East at around 4PM and proceeded to Orchard Ion to meet mum, maid, brother and his girlfriend for more shopping!
Bought 4 long sleeved collar shirts, a blazer and a skirt from G2000.
Was reluctant to get a blazer initially but brother talked me into getting one.
Moreover, G2000 was selling it quite cheaply! 99 bucks for a blazer AND a matching bottom.
So, why not?

Brother and his girlfriend then left us to go for more shopping on their own while we proceeded to eat at Swensens.
Orchard Ion's Swensens is really huge and super crowded. The queue was OH MY GOD.
But they have this ice cream buffet which was very tempting. Hence, we waited.

Conclusion, it was worth the wait.
There were so many ice cream flavours to choose from!
Sinful indulgence but well, it's really nice to be tasting all the sweetness with no limitations of price.

Reached home feeling deadbeat.
It had been so long since I really shopped. Same goes for mum as well.
She spent easily around 500 bucks on this shopping trip.
Yes, total madness. But considering the fact that she rarely shops, I forgive her.
As long as she's happy, I'm happy.

Today's another book in day for dear.
Gonna start counting down to the day that he will book out again.
I'm definitely going to look forward to every Friday whereby it will be the start of a great weekend for me!

Oh, and dear lent his iPhone to me.
I'm trying to get used to the touch screen keypads and all.

All right, I better sleep soon.
Internship starts from tomorrow onwards all the way till 16th October if I'm not wrong.
8:30AM to 5:30PM from Monday to Friday.

Hopefully, it will be a pleasant experience and I will get to adapt to the place quickly.

This is the module that I'm most confident of, actually.

Luckily there's GX to tutor me after my paper later on.

I hate it when I don't receive understanding from my family.
I hate it when mum and brother gang up against me.
I hate it when I don't have someone to back me up cause there's only 3 of us in the house.
Dad would have done so if he was still living with us.

I found an abandoned dog outside Bukit Batok Driving Centre (BBDC).
It's a maltese breed. Judging from it's teeth, I know it's about 3-4 years old.
It's a male and it resembles my first dog, Ricky.

A kind instructor from BBDC came to help me.
His wife owes a pet shop at Upper Bukit Timah Road.
Hence, his wife, Bell, came to pick both me and the dog up.
Proceeded to the pet shop where the dog was being bathed and all.

I came home first since Bell needed time to shower and groom the dog.
Rang my mum up and asked whether I could keep the dog for just a few days before I found a suitable owner for it.
All I asked was just a few days, and the answer was no. I even got chided for seeking trouble.
But was I? I wasn't. I believe all pet lovers would have brought the abandoned dog to somewhere for shelter and food.
It was such a beautiful dog. Timid when anyone approaches it.

Then, the scoldings came. Together with my brother, they blah and blah and blah.
Why can't they understand? They are not the ones who's always at home. I'm the one.
Even since secondary school days, I was taught to face my maid and the four walls of my house every single day I reached home. Ricky was the one who accompanied me then. Now is Minnie's turn.

They don't understand how much dogs meant to me.
To me, they meant much more than my family members. They are my best family, best friends and all.
They are the ones who understand me best.

What made me felt worse was when they said, "Let the dog go."
Meaning I have to abandon it yet again? How can they be so cruel.

Luckily dad's willing to keep it for a few days before I find a suitable owner.
Dear is helping me out as well. You see? That's what I meant by family.
Instead of going round the bush, can't my mum and brother help me out by looking for suitable owners?

I'm hoping dear can adopt it actually. The dog is really beautiful.
But well, not sure whether his parents will allow.

Guess I'm gonna get more shit from my mum and brother later in the night again.
On a higher note, dad's coming to pick me up later to go to the pet shop and collect boy boy.
Yeah, I'm calling it boy boy cause I don't know what name to give it yet.

Was surprised with 12 pieces of Kentucky Fried Chicken in the living room this morning at 11AM.
Cliff and my brother called for delivery. There were 4 of us in total, including Minix.
She came at around 10AM if I'm not wrong.

Each of us were entitled to 3 pieces each, but I only managed to gobble up 2.
Thus, brother ate 4 pieces instead. Had blueberry ice cream for dessert.
I feel so fat now. I hate it when there's study breaks. I can't survive without food when I'm studying.

Anyway, the 3 of them are going to have an examination at 7PM later,
so they are like studying hardcore right now.
Influenced by them, I started on my revision as well.

And I'm actually having a box of Ferrero Rochers beside me now.
Damn it.

Alright, back to studying.
P.S: I'm craving for Macdonald's seaweed shaker fries.
